Team members actively engage patients through trauma-informed and person-centered approaches while helping maintain structure, safety, and emotional stability across the unit. You will help de-escalate difficult situations, model positive behavior, support treatment goals, and provide compassionate supervision to individuals experiencing behavioral health challenges.</p><p>At times, Safety &amp; Security Representatives may step into a Lead Capacity role when unit leadership is unavailable based on staffing and operational needs.</p><p>At KVC, every interaction matters.
