This role is responsible for leading daily production operations, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency across the facility. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, operational discipline, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional activities to meet production goals. This is a hands-on leadership role supporting continuous improvement and operational excellence.</p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Lead daily production operations, ensuring a strong focus on safety, quality, and compliance with all company and regulatory standards</li>\n <li>Schedule and assign work, plan manufacturing activities, and ensure timely fulfillment of customer and intercompany orders</li>\n <li>Partner with maintenance, quality, inventory, and shipping/receiving teams to ensure efficient and coordinated plant operations</li>\n <li>Monitor production performance, inventory levels, and batch documentation to maintain accuracy and meet customer demand</li>\n <li>Ensure preventative maintenance and repairs are completed to support safe and efficient equipment operation</li>\n <li>Drive continuous improvement, housekeeping standards, and adherence to Business Management System (BMS) requirements</li>\n <li>Adhere to all MAPEI policies, safety rules, and work procedures</li>\n <li>Perform assigned tasks in conformance with procedures and instructions established in the Business Management System (BMS) and in compliance with applicable Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) regulatory requirements</li>\n <li>Perform other related duties as assigned</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>What’s in it for you</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Highly competitive base pay between $67,000 and $85,000 &amp; premium shift differentials, if applicable.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Biannual \"Rewards for Results\" bonuses, awarded on discretion based on plant performance.</li>\n <li>FREE MEDICAL INSURANCE for our employees or the option of a highly competitive medical plan with minimal monthly employee contributions.</li>\n <li>17 Days of paid, sick and vacation time annually (days are prorated in year one).</li>\n <li>401K retirement with up to 6% matching program.</li>\n <li>Excellent dental, vision programs, flex spending accounts, employer paid life insurance and free tele-med physician services.</li>\n <li>Various other company employee-centric perks initiatives; tuition reimbursement programs, discounted home/auto insurance programs, supplemental life insurance, and more.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Minimum: High school diploma or equivalent required.
