          "text": "<p>The Industrial Maintenance Millwright will inspect and adjust the mechanical alignment of pumps, replace or rebuild pumps, replace fan bearings, replace motors, repair screw conveyors, rebuild or change gearboxes, install and modify pipelines, and assist in the modification and addition of plant projects.</p><p><strong>Main Responsibilities:</strong></p><ol><li>Install, inspect/test, repair/rebuild, adjust, and replace mechanical equipment. This includes pumps, fans, motors, conveyors, gearboxes, compressors, mechanical grates, crane and grapples, and all associated mechanical components,</li><li>&#xa0;Maintain, align, and install various electric motors. Execute motor troubleshooting, encompassing the identification of issues such as bearing failures, overheating, shaft misalignment, and other mechanical or electrical problems.</li><li>Maintain and service lubrication systems, including monitoring lubricant application. Diagnose and resolve common lubrication issues such as over-lubrication, contamination, and lubricant starvation. Conduct routine oil sampling and ensure precise lubricant application to maximize machine lifespan.</li><li>Install, maintain, and troubleshoot rotating equipment. Utilize laser tools and diagnostic equipment to perform precision alignment and balancing. Prevent equipment breakdowns by monitoring wear patterns, thermal expansion, and vibration.</li><li>Utilize and maintain the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) by accurately logging maintenance tasks, updating work orders, and recording equipment statuses. Complete and close out work orders, ensuring all actions taken are thoroughly documented.</li><li>Manage and write detailed work orders, ensuring precise documentation of all repairs, inspections, and preventive maintenance activities. Meticulously record corrective actions taken, parts utilized, and the corresponding time allocation.</li><li>&#xa0;Strict adherence to all safety standards is mandatory, which includes, but is not limited to: lockout/tagout (LOTO) procedures, confined space entry protocols, hot work permit requirements, Field Level Risk Assessments, and hazard communication guidelines.</li><li>Maximize equipment uptime and reliability through collaboration with other trades and stakeholders. Support continuous improvement and change initiatives.</li></ol>",

          "text": "<p>Knowledge, Skills and Experience:</p><ul><li>The ideal candidate will possess a Millwright Trade Qualification (Interprovincial/Red Seal) and have a minimum of five (5) years of experience in an industrial setting, such as power generation, chemical, or pulp and paper facilities. Relevant certifications and other qualifications are considered assets.</li><li>Consistently perform all assigned tasks accurately and on time.</li><li>Strong technical knowledge of mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems.</li><li>Capable of inspecting and diagnosing process problems across various unit processes. Required to troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, or pneumatic equipment and implement corrective action in adherence to all policy and procedure limitations.</li><li>&#xa0;Demonstrated capability to estimate both the time and material expenses associated with assigned projects.</li><li>Proficient in utilizing a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).</li><li>Must be a team player, adaptable, and eager to take on new or additional duties as needed. Highly organized with strong planning and problem-solving abilities.</li></ul><p><strong>Work Environment</strong>:&#xa0;</p><p>This is a permanent, full-time position. The specific schedule (day or evening shift, Monday through Sunday) will be determined based on operational needs and finalized upon hire. The successful candidate must demonstrate flexibility and availability to work various shifts, as our facility operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.</p><p>Duties require frequent and extended periods of outside and inside work, subject to all weather conditions and extremes; continuous walking, standing, climbing and frequent periods requiring sustained uncomfortable physical positions; regular and sustained periods of strenuous physical exertion, requiring the ability to lift, carry and position heavy objects utilizing proper body mechanics and techniques; operation of tools and equipment which cause loud noise and vibrations.</p><p><u>Salary: 61.16$/h&#xa0;</u></p><p>&#xa0;</p>",
