You’ll have the opportunity to work with a team of experienced engineering professionals while managing your own projects as you develop&#xa0;and implement&#xa0;optimal, cost-effective manufacturing solutions on existing and new process lines for increased safety, quality, productivity, and cost savings.&#xa0; This position allows you to grow your professional skillset while seeing the real-world results of your work.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong><br>\n• Provides sound engineering principles for the implementation of new manufacturing equipment, processes and procedures.<br>\n• Studies &amp; recommends techniques to improve existing equipment and processes.<br>\n• Coordinates design activities and installations with other departments.<br>\n• Provide process line technical support including, but not limited to, investigating improvement opportunities, troubleshooting equipment, and addressing operator inquiries as requested.<br>\n• Complete engineering calculations to validate implementation of new equipment or processes.<br>\n• Represents engineering department on cross functional teams.<br>\n• Prepares specifications for equipment and installation and secures bids from suppliers &amp; contractors.<br>\n• Analyzes equipment and contractor installation specifications.<br>\n• Prepares layout &amp; design drawings as required.<br>\n• Requisitions material and equipment for capital projects.<br>\n• Plans, schedules and supervises construction activities and participates in startup and evaluation of new equipment.<br>\n• Prepares progress reports on capital projects.<br>\n• Maintains engineering documentation including project files, datasheets, drawings, schematics, and revisions.</p>",
