    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>The Board's Division of Information Technology is seeking an experienced Senior Cloud-based Endpoint Management Engineer to join our Tier 2/3 organization supporting the End Point Engineering and Operations team. This role requires strong technical expertise in Enterprise Endpoint Management solutions, including Microsoft Intune, Jamf, and Apple Business Manager, with the ability to engage across multiple platforms to solve complex technology challenges.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Provide tier 2/3 technical support for endpoint device ecosystem</li>\n <li>Troubleshoot and resolve complex mobile device management issues</li>\n <li>Develop and deploy configuration profiles, security policies, and app management solutions for iPhones and iPads via Microsoft Intune</li>\n <li>Develop and deploy configuration profiles, security policies, and app management solutions for Mac computers via Intune or Jamf</li>\n <li>Support business enablement applications including Microsoft 365 suit</li>\n <li>Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to resolve technical challenges</li>\n <li>Develop and maintain technical documentation</li>\n <li>Participate in mobile technology projects and initiatives</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>7+ years overall IT experience</li>\n <li>5+ years providing desktop support using service management platforms (ServiceNow or similar)</li>\n <li>3+ years deploying, configuring and supporting iOS/iPadOS in enterprise environments</li>\n <li>3+ years administering MDM/MAM solutions (Intune, Jamf, or similar)</li>\n <li>5+ years supporting business applications such as Microsoft 365 products</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Technical Skills:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Strong network and VPN diagnostics and troubleshooting capabilities</li>\n <li>Proficient in at least one scripting language (PowerShell, Python, JavaScript, or Swift)</li>\n <li>Experience with PKI concepts and certificate integrations</li>\n <li>Familiarity with SDK integration into mobile applications</li>\n <li>Experience managing headless Linux servers and terminal navigation</li>\n <li>Experience using foundational tools in DevSecOps and IT operations landscapes (Splunk, GitLab)</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Professional Skills:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Excellent written and oral communication abilities</li>\n <li>Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities</li>\n <li>Ability to document technical issues concisely and clearly</li>\n <li>Experience creating and maintaining technical documentation</li>\n <li>Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Visio, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Preferred Qualifications</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or related field</li>\n <li>Relevant certifications (A+, MCDST, MTA, MOS, or similar)</li>\n <li>Experience with Power BI</li>\n <li>Mobile application development experience</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Additional Information</p>\n<ul>\n <li>US Citizenship required</li>\n <li>Position may require occasional weekend and/or overtime work</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Salary: $115,500 - $121,500.00</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Additional benefits include:</strong> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Paid Time Off & Holiday Pay</li>\n <li>Medical Insurance</li>\n <li>Dental Insurance</li>\n <li>Vision Insurance</li>\n <li>Disability, Life Insurance, and AD&D</li>\n <li>Flexible Spending Accounts</li>\n <li>Pre-Tax 401K and/or After-Tax Roth IRA (with employer matching contribution)</li>\n <li>Tuition and Technical Training Reimbursement</li>\n <li>Exercise Reimbursement</li>\n <li>Computer Reimbursement</li>\n <li>Employee Assistance Program</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Physical Demands:</strong> The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
