Your responsibilities: Introduce and govern European Compensation & Benefits standards to ensure consistency, compliance and scalability across countries Enhance performance-oriented reward mechanisms and related processes (STI, merit increase) Develop a job architecture and introduce a group-wide grading approach as the basis for transparent compensation structures, career paths and internal equity Conduct analyses and market benchmarking to support compensation decisions and ensure internal pay equity Provide expert guidance to national Heads of People &Culture on complex compensation topics Your profile: Qualifications: Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management or a comparable field, preferably with a focus on People & Culture, strategy or project management Experience: Several years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, ideally in an international environment Experience with job architecture, grading systems and compensation benchmarking Languages: Excellent written and spoken English, German language skills are considered an advantage Personality: Strong analytical and conceptual skills combined with a consultative mindset Your Benefits: Attractive remuneration: You will be paid in accordance with the collective agreement, which provides for an attractive basic salary as well as vacation and Christmas bonuses. Flexible and mobile working: We offer you flexible working (time) models to enable the right balance between mobile working and office presence. Company pension scheme and lifetime working time account: We support you with a company pension scheme as well as a lifetime working time account, enabling various models of individual life planning, e.g. early retirement or a sabbatical.
