We are part of the communities we serve, and this is where new friends become familiar faces.  </p>\n<p><strong>Your responsibilities as a Dishwasher/Utility will include, but are not limited to:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Cleaning and maintaining all areas of the restaurant </li>\n <li>Cleaning and sanitizing all dishware, flatware, glassware, pots, pans and cooking utensils</li>\n <li>Safely and correctly operating the dishwasher and other equipment   </li>\n <li>Emptying all trash in the kitchen and other areas</li>\n <li>Working as one kitchen, by supporting the Cooks with prep work, preparation of our signature Cheddar Bay biscuits, and other tasks as needed </li>\n <li>Focusing on your team and guests - every decision made should always have the guest and team in mind   </li>\n <li>Following all cleanliness and safety protocols</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>What it Takes to Succeed (Physical Job Requirements)</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Must meet the minimum age requirement and authorized to work in the country you are applying</li>\n <li>Culinary experience preferred </li>\n <li>Ability to bend, reach, stoop and lift up to 50 pounds safely</li>\n <li>Ability to move about the restaurant and remain standing for an 8 – 12 hour shift </li>\n <li>Team player with attention to detail and ability to multi-task </li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>The physical demands described above are representative of those that must be met by employees to successfully perform this job.
