          "text": "<p>YOUR TASKS&#xa0;<br>\n<br>\nSummary&#xa0;<br>\n<br>\n<strong>The Continuous Improvement Engineer (CBS Engineer / Change Agent)</strong> is a local expert in the Continental Business System (CBS), responsible for driving plant-wide continuous improvement and operational excellence. This role focuses on advancing CBS maturity by leading and supporting value stream mapping and continuous improvement events, facilitating structured problem solving, and coaching all levels of the organization on CBS tools, methodologies, and change management practices. The position partners closely with cross-functional teams to strengthen engagement, improve processes, and ensure effective project execution aligned with plant operational goals.
