We are looking for polished applicants that have a professional demeanor, exceptional communication skills, and passion for delivering best-in-class results to clients. Our modern, state of the art Medical Spa is seeking a Texas Licensed RN, NP, or a PA to perform aesthetic treatments (i.e. Botox/Neurotoxins, Filler, Sculptra etc.)</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif\">Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif\">Conduct in-depth patient consultations that include taking medical history, explaining risks and benefits, and obtaining signed consents for procedures.</span></li>\n<li>Administer high-quality cosmetic injections, including neurotoxins, dermal fillers, and other aesthetic modalities ensuring overall patient satisfaction. Provide exceptional customer service to patients.</li>\n<li>Maintain accurate documentation of patient’s needs, preferences, and services provided in all medical files.</li>\n<li>Commit to continuing education and training when needed or requested. Keep up to date with the latest industry developments</li>\n<li>Open to learning new techniques, procedures, and brand language.</li>\n<li>Maintain a high level of professionalism when interacting with clients, pharmaceutical reps, and staff members.</li>\n<li>Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and administrative counterparts to provide comprehensive patient care.</li>\n<li>Abide by all state laws and regulations regarding sanitation, protocols, and safety.</li>\n<li>Practice patient confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA guidelines and company policy.</li>\n<li>Conduct treatment room inspections to ensure the highest level of cleanliness and organization and manage inventory.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-weight: bold\">Requirements:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif\">RN, NP or PA licensure in Texas with a minimum of 2-3 years' experience administering cosmetic injectables (Botox/Neurotoxins, Filler, Sculptra etc.)</span></li>\n<li>Proven sales experience with a track record of generating $5-6K in sales per day</li>\n<li>Existing customer base preferred</li>\n<li>Desire to work in a fast-paced environment</li>\n<li>Strong customer service orientation</li>\n<li>Works collaboratively with team members to achieve common goals</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-weight: bold\">Additional Information:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif\">Part-time or full-time position</span></li>\n<li>Industry-leading compensation package including benefits, top training, CME stipend, and potential for sign-on bonus based on experience</li>\n<li>Access to Allergan training and support as a top 1% nationwide account</li>\n<li>Opportunity to train under a highly experienced MD as your Medical Director with over 25 years in the medical aesthetics and functional health industry</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif\">Our company takes pride in working hard but has created a fun, supportive, family-oriented environment.
