Serve as the internal point of contact and subject matter expert on MDH requirements and regulations. Review project designs, equipment selections, and system specifications to ensure compliance with applicable health, plumbing, mechanical, and building codes. Coordinate with engineers, consultants, trade partners, and regulatory agencies to obtain approvals and maintain compliance throughout project execution. Stay informed on regulatory changes and industry best practices. What You Bring Strong estimating, analytical, and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities while meeting deadlines. Self-motivated and capable of working independently. Ability to build productive relationships with customers, vendors, trade partners, and regulatory agencies. Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement. Why Join Us? Work on specialized projects that improve the safety, performance, and reliability of aquatic facilities. Be part of a growing team with a strong reputation for quality and expertise. Gain experience in a unique niche that combines construction, mechanical systems, and regulatory compliance. Enjoy a collaborative environment where your expertise and ideas make a real impact. Competitive compensation, benefits, and opportunities for professional growth. If you're ready to take ownership of projects, solve complex challenges, and help modernize the systems that keep pools operating at their best, we encourage you to apply.
