Plus, unparalleled activities like outdoor concerts, fine dining, swimming, and more. </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Answering and referring phone calls on the main switchboard;</li>\n <li>Courteous, timely and accurate when transferring calls, relaying messages and giving information to guests;</li>\n <li>Receive and send guest faxes;</li>\n <li>Photocopying;</li>\n <li>Comply with Suncadia dress code and grooming policy;</li>\n <li>Process guestroom reservations into Springer Miller during reservations office off-hours;</li>\n <li>Absorb, understand and continually communicate Suncadia events and activities to guests;</li>\n <li>Support Front Desk operations with physical coverage as needed;</li>\n <li>Other duties as assigned. </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Must be 18 years of age or older;</li>\n <li>Ability to work well with others and function well in fast paced environment;</li>\n <li>Able to communicate well with staff and customers;</li>\n <li>Able to work flexible hours and days;</li>\n <li>Knowledge of property-wide facilities and services;</li>\n <li>Possess excellent telephone and organizational skills.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>#SuncadiaResort</p>",
