The only way for a company to meet such a goal is to consistently meet production deadlines and expectations.</em></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\" data-pasted=\"true\"><strong>Position Description:&nbsp;</strong>Quality engineers ensure that a company&#39;s products and processes from development to post-manufacturing meet customer quality standards by identifying risks, developing corrective measures, and implementing quality control systems</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Essential Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Effectively communicates with all departments to solve problems and develop solutions, including deviations through various customer portals</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Creates process documentation as required to validate customer and internal requirements are met throughout all phase of product development and the quality management system.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Monitors changing developments in all manufacturing departments and reports any changes to the Supervisor and fellow Engineers so that the changes can be studied and adopted for use in future estimates and processes</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Assists with determining gauging requirements &amp; communicates with all departments to assure the most economical inspection process per the Company&rsquo;s current capabilities and procedures</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Assists in the design of in-process drawings and tool designs</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Reviews non-conformance documentation and initiates corrective action both internal and external and maintains databases</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Participates in Process Control including SPC implementation, training, and data analysis</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Work with all departments Assists with internal audit program</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Performs contract review regarding quality requirements</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Able to prepare and present FAIR packages to customers</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Interprets customer specifications and standards</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Trains company personnel regarding customer quality specifications</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Follows all safety policies and procedures</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Able to develop and train to standard SOP in all Quality processes</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Other duties as assigned</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">A self-starter, with good communication skills, that can work in a fast-paced changing environment with minimal supervision.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Familiarity with AS9100 QMS, AS9102 First Article, &amp; AS13000 Standards</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Associate&rsquo;s or bachelor&rsquo;s degree preferred</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Experience in SPC data gathering and reporting</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Experience in MSA evaluations such as Gage R&amp;R</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Experience in CMM programming and troubleshooting</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Experience in Aerospace manufacturing preferred</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Experience in manufacturing or complex processing a plus&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Minimum of two (2) years&rsquo; experience as Quality Engineer&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Microsoft 365 experience</li></ul><p><strong>Benefits:</strong> <em>Enjet offers a comprehensive benefits package to full-time employees including paid time off, health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, paid holidays, a 401K retirement plan, disability insurance, and more.</em></p><p><em>As an EOE/AA employer, Enjet Aero will not discriminate in its employment practices due to an applicant&#39;s race, color, religious creed, national origin, ancestry, sex, age, veteran status, marital status or physical challenges.</em></p></div></div></div></div></div>\n",
