We are looking to add an<strong> OTR (Off-The-Road) Tire Road Service Technician</strong> to our team.</p><p><br></p><p>Within this role you will be responsible for all aspects of tire and related service and repair for off-the-road equipment (construction, earthmoving, mining, farm, etc.) as well as other duties as assigned by the manager.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Must have a valid driver’s license for the type of vehicle required for the position and be able to meet commercial driver qualification requirements.</li><li>Operation of a 55,000-pound OTR Service Boom Truck.</li><li>Follow established procedures to inspect tires and wheels before and after service.</li><li>Determine repairable tire conditions and make such repairs.</li><li>Review work orders and discuss work with supervisors.</li><li>Document work performed accurately and according to company policy.</li><li>Operation of heavy-duty tire service equipment and tools including boom cranes, cribbing, jacks, compressors, and electric and hydraulic equipment.</li><li>Unbolt and re-bolt wheels from/to equipment, using lug wrenches and other hand and power tools.</li><li>Mount and dismount any type of off-the-road tire including but not limited to multi-piece rims.</li><li>Match mating of dual assemblies.</li><li>Identify and inflate tires correctly for the size, ply, and load requirement.</li><li>Replace valve stems and remove puncturing objects.</li><li>Perform service calls on nights and/or weekends on a rotating basis.</li><li>Proper maintenance of assigned service vehicles including an appearance as well as onboard service equipment and tools.</li><li>Compliance with OSHA and MSHA regulations and safety requirements pertaining to this position.</li></ul><p><strong>We offer:</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Competitive wages up to $38.00/hour</strong>, depending on experience, and monthly labor bonus</li><li>Full-time, permanent position, with weekly pay, and overtime</li><li><strong>Health Benefits:</strong> Medical, Dental Vision, Life insurance and more</li><li>Cell phone reimbursement&nbsp;</li><li>Health Savings Account (HSA)</li><li>Paid Time Off and Paid Holidays</li><li>401(k) Retirement Planning with company match&nbsp;</li><li><strong>An Equal Opportunity Employer</strong></li><li><strong>Drug-Free Workplace</strong></li></ul>",
