This includes in bound and out bound vehicles, production staging, and delivery schedules. This person will be responsible for the daily outputs and efficiency of the logistics team.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><p>&nbsp;&nbsp;</p><ul><li>Directly oversee daily activities of Dispatcher, Chassis Check In, and Porter to ensure task completion.&nbsp;</li><li>Directly oversee the completion of all vehicle staging to meet the needs of production.&nbsp;</li><li>Keep daily and accurate tracking of the Pick and Pack process</li><li>Maintain and enforce delivery schedules for all units</li><li>Oversee the battery exercising program</li><li>Enforce all safety rules and ensure compliance throughout the department on a day-to-day basis</li><li>Contribute to accurate inventory of all vehicles on property</li><li>Continuous improvement: Strive to make all processes as efficient as possible and follow the Industry Best standards</li><li>Daily and Weekly reporting of operational KPIs to the Logistics Manager</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications and Education Requirements:</strong></p><p>&nbsp;&nbsp;</p><ul><li>Preferred bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or related field.&nbsp;</li><li>Prior experience in logistics or manufacturing environment.</li><li>Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.</li><li>Strong verbal and written communication skills.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under tight deadlines.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, (Excel, Word, etc.) and ERP Software.&nbsp;</li><li>Strong problem-solving skills during high volume hours and manage high pressure situations.</li></ul>",
