    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">This position operates on a rotating shift schedule to ensure continuous 24/7 coverage. Team members will rotate through day, evening, and overnight shifts, including weekends. Schedules are assigned in advance and may change based on operational needs.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Employees must be flexible, reliable, and able to adjust to varying work hours.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Availability to work any shift (day, swing, or night) within a 24-hour schedule.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Duties and Responsibilities – Job Specifications</span></p>\n<p>1. Analyzes, administers, and maintains voice, video, and/or data communications networks.</p>\n<p>2. Manages the usage and performance of voice, video, and/or data communications networks.</p>\n<p>3. Maintains network security and ensures compliance with security polices and procedures.</p>\n<p>4. Evaluates hardware and software, including peripheral, output, and related equipment.</p>\n<p>5. Participates in the development and implementation of network-related procedures and standards.</p>\n<p>6. Participates in and may lead aspects of major network installations and upgrades.</p>\n<p>7. Interfaces with vendors to ensure appropriate resolution during network outages or periods of reduced performance.</p>\n<p>8. Develops and implements testing strategies and documents results.</p>\n<p>9. Provides advice and training to end-users.</p>\n<p>10. Troubleshoots and resolves complex problems.</p>\n<p>11. Maintains current knowledge of relevant hardware and software applications as assigned.</p>\n<p>12. Participates in special projects as required.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Minimum Requirements:</span></p>\n<p>Active DOD Secret Clearance </p>\n<p>Professional Certification: Possess and maintain current Information Assurance Technician (IAT) Level II (Security+) &amp; the ability to obtain a CompTIA Advanced Security Practitioner (CASP) https://phoenixts.com/blog/casp-certification/,</p>\n<ul>\n<li>or any IAT Level III Certification: <a href=\"https://iase.disa.mil/iawip/pages/iabaseline.aspx\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">https://iase.disa.mil/iawip/pages/iabaseline.aspx</a>.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications include:</span></p>\n<p>1. Knowledge of the principles, methods, and techniques used in network administration and support.</p>\n<p>2. Knowledge of routers, switches, patch panels, concentrators, associated terminals, and related network hardware and software.</p>\n<p>3. Knowledge of desktop operating systems and applications.</p>\n<p>4.
