Program Managers are responsible for the daily operations of their assigned locations including the day-to-day success of their staff through training, development, & performance management. Navigating store level concerns when needed</li>\n <li>Recruit, hire, train, and manage staff of Appointment Generator’s (AG’s)</li>\n <li>Walk the retail stores with AG’s, training and supporting their development and growth</li>\n <li>Track employee productivity using a variety of methods including regular performance reviews, store visits, and IDP’s</li>\n <li>Attend and facilitate required meetings and training with your staff, support teams, and retail leadership</li>\n <li>Compile bi-weekly timecards and commissions for payroll</li>\n <li>Create marketing displays</li>\n <li>Meet and exceed monthly revenue budgets</li>\n <li>Develop program plans to achieve program & project objectives. Identify obstacles and constraints that impact the program and develop appropriate contingency plans</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Minimum Qualifications</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Must have reliable transportation</li>\n <li>Must be able to work weekends (will have 2 consecutive weekdays off)</li>\n <li>Must have a cell phone and access to email</li>\n <li>Must have excellent communication skills</li>\n <li>Must have strong organizational skills and ability to use Microsoft Office platforms</li>\n <li>Retail sales experience is helpful, but not required</li>\n <li>Prior trade show or kiosk management experience is a plus, but not required</li>\n <li>Ability to pass a pre-employment background check, driving record, and drug screen</li>\n <li>High School Diploma or equivalent is required</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Physical Demands / Work Environment</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Standing for sustained periods of time</li>\n <li>Walking and moving about on foot to speak with customers for long periods of time</li>\n <li>The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><em>Wrench Group and its affiliates are proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
