Our business is built on Wellness Program sales, and we award our team when we meet our objectives.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities and Duties:</strong></p>\n<p>Elements Massage in Hingham is looking for a Wellness Sales Associate / Customer Service Associate to create an exceptional massage experience for all the clients every time they come in.</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Following our proven sales process to enroll clients into the Elements Wellness Program.</li>\n <li>Being the face of hospitality, whether on the phone or in the studio</li>\n <li>Ensuring the client appointment paperwork and payment process is efficient and accurate.</li>\n <li>Working as a team with our Managers and Massage Therapists to create an environment where clients are valued and respected.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications and Skills:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>The right candidate must prioritize communication with both clients and fellow staff</li>\n <li>Proficient knowledge and familiarity with up-to-date technology</li>\n <li>Problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask</li>\n <li>Prior retail sales or client care in a spa-like or similar environment preferred; selling memberships or services in-person to potential clients.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Studio Specific Benefits:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>$17.00+/hour depending on experience</li>\n <li>Monthly Bonuses (ongoing)</li>\n <li>Earned Paid Time Off (accrued)</li>\n <li>A complimentary monthly massage or facial at the studio</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Job Types: Full-time, Part-time</p>\n<p>Benefits:</p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>401(k)</li>\n <li>401(k) matching</li>\n <li>Flexible schedule</li>\n <li>Health insurance</li>\n <li>Paid time off</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Work Location: In person</p>\n<h2>Legal Disclaimer</h2>©2023 Elements Therapeutic Massage, LLC (“ETM”).
