    "description": "<h2>Job Description</h2>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Team Leader – Depositing/Packing </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Craving a Career that is a Piece of Cake!</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>To become the world’s greatest baker, we need the world’s greatest team members.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong><u>Overview</u></strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Reporting to the Line Leader, the Team Leader - Depositing is responsible for providing hands-on leadership to the deposit line while ensuring a consistent product in a timely manner that meets all standards set forth by FGF brands.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong><u>What FGF Offers</u></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>FGF believes in Home Grown Talent, accelerated career growth with leadership training, unleashing your potential  </li>\n <li>Competitive Compensation, Health & Welfare Benefits including Vision & Dental and flexible options at competitive premiums  </li>\n <li>401k matching program </li>\n <li>Discount program - Restaurants, gyms, shopping, etc. </li>\n <li>Tuition reimbursement </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong><u>Responsibilities</u></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Leads by example and fosters an environment of mutual respect and teamwork among Team Members</li>\n <li>Conduct pre-shift huddles and provides feedback for Team Members </li>\n <li>Leads, coaches, mentors and trains Team Members</li>\n <li>Responsible for leading production Team Members on the depositing line, including Oven Operators and Mixers</li>\n <li>Co-coordinating with the mixing department to ensure proper batch is ready to be deposited </li>\n <li>Continuously loads the depositing machine with new batches</li>\n <li>Weighs product regularly to ensure the machine is depositing the correct amount</li>\n <li>Uses industrial sized spatula to ensure all the product batter is scraped into the machine</li>\n <li>Ensures Operations Management System (OMS) procedures are being followed (entering inventory into the operating system)</li>\n <li>Provides orientation and training as required to ensure an effective and efficient team</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong><u>Requirements</u></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>High School diploma or equivalent preferred</li>\n <li>Minimum 1-2 years of experience working in a manufacturing environment (food/bakery experience is desirable)</li>\n <li>Accuracy and attention to detail and the ability to detect the presence of a quality issue</li>\n <li>Ability to understand verbal and written communications in English</li>\n <li>Ability to visually inspect product and materials.</li>\n <li>An understanding or wiliness to learn food manufacturing and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).</li>\n <li>Ability to work independently with minimal supervision </li>\n <li>Physical capable of performing the demands of the role</li>\n <li>Ability to move from one task to another with minimal distraction</li>\n <li>Flexible to work days, afternoons, nights & weekends if needed</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong><u>What is the recipe for a great career at FGF?</u></strong> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Working at FGF Brands, there is never a dull moment!
