      "value": "<ul><li>You have a completed degree – ideally in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies or a related field</li><li>You bring experience in UGC management, social media content or creator relations – ideally in a DTC or e-commerce environment</li><li>You are a native English speaker (British English) with an authentic understanding of the UK market – you know what resonates with UK consumers and what doesn't</li><li>You live and breathe TikTok and Instagram and have a natural sense for what content performs and why</li><li>You can brief creators clearly and motivationally – and know how to turn an average video into a strong creative</li><li>You are organised, reliable and keep the overview – even when managing many creators and projects at the same time</li><li>You are a strong communicator, proactive and not afraid to step in front of the camera yourself for tutorials and guidelines</li><li>You have an eye for quality, trends and detail – and the ambition to constantly improve content output</li><li>German is a plus but not required</li><li>You thrive in a performance-driven, fast-growing environment</li><li>You work on-site in our office in Hamburg or Kiel – remote is not possible for this role</li></ul>"
