    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><p id=\"isPasted\">The Detail Team Lead is a crucial part of our business, bridging the gap between hourly employees and the leadership team. This position is expected to demonstrate the highest level of performance and excellence in the Operations Department. The ideal Detail Team Lead is someone who exemplifies all four of our CORE values: DRIVE, DELIGHT, DETAIL, and DEVELOP. The Detail Team Lead will partner with all leadership managers at their respective facilities to provide a best-in-class, clean, and safe environment that enhances member experiences and builds member satisfaction. This role also involves assisting the Operations Manager in managing the Play Department and supporting maintenance tasks to ensure the overall functionality and appeal of the facilities. Additionally, the Detail Team Lead will lead by example in maintaining a positive culture and ensuring that our facilities meet cleanliness and safety standards daily</p><p>Essential Functions &amp; Responsibilities:&nbsp;</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Ensure all areas of the club, both internal and external, including walkways and parking lots, are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected.</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Routinely complete walkthroughs, including tasks such as trash removal, locker room spot cleaning, and re-racking weights.</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Oversee the execution of daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning tasks assigned by Defined Fitness Management.</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Assist the Operations Manager in managing the Play Department, ensuring play areas are clean, safe, organized, and enjoyable for members.</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Support maintenance tasks, including routine inspections, minor repairs, and reporting significant maintenance needs to the Operations Manager.</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Communicate regularly and effectively with team members and other departments to ensure seamless operation.</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Assist with large projects, such as painting, under supervision, and manage the completion of these projects.</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Provide excellent customer service by maintaining a clean and organized facility for members to utilize.</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Lead and motivate Detail Team Members, ensuring they adhere to cleaning schedules and protocols.</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Conduct regular inspections to ensure the cleanliness and safety of all club facilities.</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Maintain records of cleaning tasks and inventory of cleaning supplies.</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Successful Completion of a 90-day Initiative Action Plan&nbsp;</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Attend all Mandatory meetings set out for the Operations Department&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p>KPI Requirements:&nbsp;</p><p>The Detail Team Lead will be measured by specific KPIs. All KPIs will contribute to the overall goals set out for their respective club, while offering support in ensuring the success of the Operations Manager. All Metrics are measured on a monthly basis:&nbsp;</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Equipment condition MXN Score 8.5 or Higher&nbsp;</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Contribute to MXN Score Monthly Minimums in Cleanliness, Friendliness and overall scores = 7.5 or Higher</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Club Audit 85% or Better</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Contribute to assisting Operations Manager in staffing.&nbsp;</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Hourly bathroom checks</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Daily club inspection (1 per shift)&nbsp;</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Inventory check and restock daily (2 per day)</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>100% Compliance with Team Clean Schedules: at 11:00AM, 2:00PM 4:00PM</p><p>Success Factors:&nbsp;</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Ability to maintain the highest level of cleanliness standards across respective facilities.</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Effectively lead and motivate the Detail, Play and Maintenance Team to achieve daily cleaning and maintenance goals.</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Proactively identify and resolve cleanliness and maintenance issues before they are noticed by members.</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp;
