Some of the benefits of joining our team are:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Competitive Pay.</li>\n <li>Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, 401K, profit sharing, generous PTO and paid holidays, uniforms, and much more.</li>\n <li>Exposure to world-class CAT training and development.</li>\n <li>A friendly and supportive work environment.</li>\n <li>Continuous exposure to learning and new technologies</li>\n <li>Opportunities for advancement</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>What You Will Do:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Contributes to a positive work environment and promotes the vision, mission and values of BMC.</li>\n <li> Completes all job responsibilities in a safe manner, promotes and champions a safe and healthy work environment. </li>\n <li> Requires basic working knowledge of equipment operation and associated operating systems. </li>\n <li> Manage work in process for timely and correct invoicing </li>\n <li> Provide accurate estimates on cost and completion times of repairs</li>\n <li> Manage department expenses and maintain acceptable profitability </li>\n <li> Communicate effectively with internal and external customers and technicians </li>\n <li> Committed to the development and training for employee for departmental growth</li>\n <li> Ensures total customer service.  </li>\n <li> Must complete proper paperwork as assigned.</li>\n <li> Preparing parts requisitions, time cards, part returns, accurate and complete service reports and other necessary reports and forms.</li>\n <li> Other duties as assigned. </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong><u>Qualifications</u></strong> </p>\n<ul>\n <li> High school diploma required.  </li>\n <li> 3+ years-experience maintaining, troubleshooting and repairing diesel equipment</li>\n <li> Shift work, weekends and/or 24 hour call may be required. </li>\n <li> Knowledge of troubleshooting techniques and proper repair procedures is preferred.</li>\n <li> Organizational and time management skills required. Must have the ability to set and keep priorities and professionally handle the stress associated with dealing with a fast paced industry and deadlines.</li>\n <li> Must be a Team player that is enthusiastic and hard working with the ability to complete work with minimal supervision.</li>\n <li> High degree of interpersonal skills with excellent written and oral communication skills is required.</li>\n <li> Must possess the personal discipline to establish the proper image as a representative of Blanchard with the ability to meet and work with the customer in a professional manner.</li>\n <li> Strong problem-solving skills and be detailed oriented with a high level of accuracy.</li>\n <li> Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong><u>Working Conditions</u></strong> </p>\n<ul>\n <li> The physical environment requires the employee to work primarily inside throughout the day.</li>\n <li> Required to use personal protective equipment to prevent exposure to injury and/or hazardous materials.</li>\n <li> Job requires standing, stooping, squatting, pushing, pulling, twisting, turning, lifting.</li>\n <li> Must be able to lift varied weight . </li>\n <li> Seeing, reading, and writing to complete job responsibilities.</li>\n <li>Use of computer and other form of technology to complete job responsibilities.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>",
