          "text": "<p><strong>Required:</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in civil or environmental engineering, or a related engineering discipline</li><li>Registered Professional Engineer (P.E.) in the State of Texas, or ability to obtain within 6 months</li><li>5–10 years of relevant land development engineering experience in the following areas:</li><li>Private-sector commercial, residential, and mixed-use land development</li><li>Preparing engineering reports, civil construction plans, and permitting submittals</li><li>Coordinating small to mid-sized design teams and managing client interactions</li><li>Providing land development engineering services in Texas</li><li>Supporting proposal preparation and fee development</li><li>Stormwater analysis, site drainage, and civil design standards</li><li>3-6 years of project management experience</li><li>Proficiency with relevant software such as AutoCAD Civil 3D and common hydrologic/hydraulic modeling tools</li><li>Must possess a valid driver's license and maintain a clean driving record; position requires operating a company or personal vehicle during work hours for business-related travel</li></ul><p><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Central Texas market experience, particularly the San Antonio and Austin regions</li><li>Familiarity with local and state permitting agencies and development regulations</li><li>Experience with proposal writing and client-facing presentations</li><li>Experience delivering private site development and public works projects, including street, drainage, and utility design, as stand-alone assignments or as part of multidisciplinary project teams</li></ul>",
