Scope caveatThis is a King County-only Avenue5 backfill, not Avenue5 nationally. The official feed produced 68 King County cards normalized to 67 properties; unit-level extraction is available where property sites expose Repli/SightMap, direct SightMap embeds, Repli/RentCafe tables, browser-rendered RentCafe/Yardi inline arrays, static RentCafe/Alexan floorplan detail HTML, RentCafe ILS unit tables, or Knock Doorway units. RentCafe ILS floorplan cards contribute floorplan-level coverage where unit tables are not public.

Wall63 of 67 normalized King County properties now expose current unit rows: 43 through browser-rendered RentCafe/Yardi inline arrays, 7 through static RentCafe/Alexan HTML detail pages, 6 through SightMap APIs, 4 through Repli/RentCafe unit tables, 2 through RentCafe ILS listing pages, and 1 through Knock Doorway. Seattle House, The LINE, and The Postmark now contribute floorplan-level RentCafe ILS coverage without public unit rows. Crew Apartments is the remaining no-source failure; lease-term matrices and all-in fees remain partial.
