Access model:

- Anonymous reads are public and rate limited.
- Email-authenticated API keys use the standard bluedoor token bucket.
- Source pipelines currently cover 13 sources, including UDR, Yardi/RentCafe SightMap, Greystar, RPM Living, Bozzuto, Dittmar, Entrata SightMap, G5/VLS, Holland Residential WA, Asset Living WA, Dominium, Fogelman, and Priderock.
- The read model includes rental properties, floorplans, available units, lease-term rent options, all-in pricing, fees, amenities, managers, markets, and source lineage.

Collections:

- Properties: Rental communities with manager, address, market, rent bounds, floorplan counts, available unit counts, and source URLs. Route: /properties/search
- Units: Available apartment units with floorplan, bedroom/bathroom, square footage, availability date, rent range, all-in flag, and apply/source URLs. Route: /units/search
- Sources: Provider and manager source records with validation state, target scope, coverage, wall notes, and artifact lineage. Route: /sources
- Markets: State and market aggregates with property counts, available-unit counts, and observed rent bounds. Route: /markets
- Managers: Manager-level rollups with property count, available-unit count, source identity, and state coverage. Route: /managers
- Search: Search entry point over rental properties and available units by community, city, state, manager, floorplan, or unit label. Route: /properties/search
