    "description": "<p>Excavator Operator / Crushing Crew Member</p>\n<p>We are currently seeking an experienced and dependable Excavator Operator to join our growing team. This position requires travel and out-of-state work, along with the ability to assist in daily crushing operations and equipment maintenance. We are looking for someone with a strong work ethic who takes pride in their work, shows up on time, and can work independently day to day.</p>\n<p>Responsibilities<br>Operate excavators safely and efficiently in quarry, crushing, and job site environments<br>Assist with crushing operations and material handling<br>Perform daily equipment inspections and basic preventative maintenance<br>Keep equipment clean, fueled, greased, and operating properly<br>Troubleshoot minor mechanical issues and assist with repairs when needed<br>Load and unload equipment as required<br>Follow all company safety procedures and job site regulations<br>Work alongside crew members to complete projects efficiently<br>Maintain a clean and organized work area<br>Travel and work out of state as needed<br>Requirements<br>Experience operating excavators and heavy equipment<br>Must be willing to travel and work out of state<br>Clean driving record required<br>Mechanical ability and knowledge of heavy equipment maintenance<br>Experience around crushing equipment is preferred<br>Strong work ethic and dependable attendance<br>Must be self-motivated and able to work independently<br>Ability to work long hours and in outdoor conditions<br>Must take pride in maintaining and caring for company equipment<br>CDL is a plus but not required<br>What We Offer<br>Competitive pay based on experience<br>Steady work and travel opportunities<br>Opportunity to grow with the company<br>Team-oriented work environment</p>\n<p>If you are dependable, hardworking, and ready to travel and work, we want to hear from you.</p>",
