Paid time off is earned according to the local policy and increases with the length of employment.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Click HERE to discover how we empower team members to grow, thrive, and advance in their careers.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>WE LOVE OUR WORK.</h2>\n<p><strong>ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Responsible for prompt, efficient and courteous beverage service to casino guests in accordance with Hollywood Casino Perryville policies, procedures and standards</li>\n <li>Knowledge of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and awareness of new drink trends.</li>\n <li>Responsible for mixing drinks to deliver to guests</li>\n <li>Work as part of a team to provide beverage service as well as share gratuities with other Team members as appropriate.</li>\n <li>Monitor guests needs on a continuous basis and ensures all requests are promptly fulfilled.</li>\n <li>Maintains appearance of casino floor and work area.</li>\n <li>Accurate and efficient use of POS system.</li>\n <li>Monitor guests alcohol intake in accordance with training</li>\n <li>Assist other beverage personnel with maintenance such as side work and opening/closing duties.</li>\n <li>Participate as a team member with all servers, bartenders, bar backs, supervisors, and any other casino personnel to ensure efficient operations. </li>\n <li> Will adhere to all policies, procedures, rules and regulations of Gaming and Leisure Properties, Perryville, and the Maryland State Lottery.</li>\n <li>Assist with Marketing & Promotions as needed.</li>\n <li>Declares tips through time and attendance system at the end of each shift.</li>\n <li>Other duties as assigned</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>BRING US YOUR BEST.</h2>\n<p><strong>QUALIFICATIONS:</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Must be a minimum of 21 years of age.  </li>\n <li>High School diploma or equivalent and three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and expierence.</li>\n <li>Basic Computer Knowledge </li>\n <li>Mustbe able to obtain a Maryland Lottery License </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>STAY IN THE GAME.
