This role is a hands-on production position in fast-paced, high volume manufacturing cell. Key responsibilities include pouring molds, de-molding products, cleaning and assembling molds, assisting with the layup and breakdown of furnace loads, sand blasting and preparing product for shipment.     "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><strong><u>Primary Duties &amp; Responsibilities</u></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><span>Correctly identify and build molds according to casting schedule</span></li>\n <li><span>Assist in building loads for carbonization kilns</span></li>\n <li><span>Assist in breaking down carbonization kiln loads</span></li>\n <li><span>Clean infiltrated product, using the grit-blasting machines, per procedure</span></li>\n <li><span>Maintain grit-blasting machines with basic preventive and routine maintenance (daily)</span></li>\n <li><span>Follow standard work procedures and detailed instruction</span></li>\n <li><span>Prioritize in a multi-task work cell</span></li>\n <li><span>Keep accurate written documentation</span></li>\n <li><span>Maintain clean, safe and organized work environment</span></li>\n <li><span>Assist in preparing and breaking down of furnace loads</span></li>\n <li><span>All other duties, as assigned</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong><u>Education &amp; Experience</u></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><span>Work effectively with minimal supervision.</span></li>\n <li><span>Able to get along well with others.</span></li>\n <li><span>Basic proficiency in data entry</span></li>\n <li><span>Good communication (oral and written) skills.</span></li>\n <li><span>Ability to keep accurate records.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong><u>Working Conditions</u></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><span>Manufacturing environment&nbsp;</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong><u>Physical Requirements</u></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><span>Able to frequently lift/push/pull objects that are 50 pounds (or heavier with assistance) repeatedly.</span></li>\n <li><span>Able to sit, stand, bend, squat, and walk about the facility 12 hours/day</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong><u>Safety Requirements</u></strong></p>\n<p>All employees are required to follow the site EHS procedures and Coherent Corp.
