    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\"><strong>Primary Purpose</strong></span></p><p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\">Responsible for collection of raw ingredients, quality checks, proper receipt of ingredients and placement of raw material into the mill structure. This position is also responsible for receipt of bag ingredients and off-loading any and all delivery trucks to the mill.</span></p><p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\"><strong>Major Duties &amp; Responsibilities</strong></span></p><ol><li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\">Inspect ingredients received and ensure quality.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\">Unload product in a safe, efficient manner and dump ingredients into proper bins, as needed.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\">Operate equipment in a safe manner to include a forklift, a skid steer and rail mover.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\">Operate and monitor all processes and production systems. Keep the work area clean.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\">Accurately complete assigned reports, logs or documents.</span></li></ol><p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\"><strong>Qualifications</strong></span></p><ul><li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\">High School Diploma or GED.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\">Technical training in mechanics, computer skills.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\">0 - 2 years' relevant experience.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\">Must be able to operate a forklift, skid steer and rail mover.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\">High attention to detail and accuracy is required.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\">Requires physical strength and dexterity.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\">Working knowledge of computers with a good understanding of Excel.&nbsp;</span></li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p>",
