We will work with you to ensure you: Master core sales skills that will help grow your career Hone your communication, influencing and persuasion skills Understand the benefits of performance and resilience Build confidence most people never develop You’ll also gain real experience with: Modern sales tools, including Salesforce and AI Structured sales processes High-performance team environments What we offer in return: Achievable OTE of £60,000+ per annum: £25,000 base salary, increase every 6 months based on performance Uncapped sales commission structure £2,000 retention bonus payable every 6 months of service, based on performance Additional regular sales incentive programmes Executive-led mentoring programme Company vehicle 25 days annual leave (increases with length of service) plus bank holidays Up to 8% employer matching contributions to our pension scheme Health cash plan with Westfield Health Life assurance Income protection scheme A few more details about this role: The role of the Field Sales Representative within our Customer & Commercial Team is to be the initial ‘face’ of Voneus, representing our brand in your area and introducing our products and services to potential customers located in rural communities, and helping build and support our customer base. Reporting to the Sales Team Leader, you will be responsible for coordinating sales activities in your specific area to successfully convert prospects into customers through a variety of sales methods, focusing on door-to-door sales. What will you be doing: You will interface directly with potential customers, explaining the benefits of our products. You will meet real people, solve real problems and help customers transform how they live and work in their communities. You will be working outdoors, staying away from home 1-2 nights per week. With our bundled packages, you will help customers choose the right package (alongside broadband, we offer WiFi mesh, VoIP phone and security products) This is a challenging, but rewarding role. You will learn a lot. We have great experience in growing our teams, professionally and personally. Required experience and knowledge: Proven track record in a business to consumer environment. Knowledge of sales techniques within the sales cycle and how to mitigate and overcome pushbacks. Able to engage with customers from different areas, researching specific area knowledge and traits to communicate with them effectively and easily, both in verbal and written format. Strong customer experience skills to build rapport and follow up with any queries in a confident customer focussed manner. Knowledgeable in using a CRM is desirable.
