You will own how AI shows up across our learner experience — from the first interaction with a prospective student through to adaptive learning inside the classroom — and you will partner closely with engineering, learning design, and growth to make it real.</span></span><span> </span></p>\n<p><span><span>This is a senior, hands-on role. You will write code, ship features, make architectural calls, and own the outcomes. You will not be writing slide decks for someone else to build.</span></span><span> </span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span><span>What you will do</span></span></span><span> </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span><span>Design and ship our AI product surface. </span></span></span><span><span>Translate strategic ambition into working systems — orchestration across our learner-facing agents, AI-driven discovery and advising, and adaptive learning experiences. You read code reviews end-to-end.
