They</span><span> will conduct&nbsp;classes for customer Warehouse Automation field service technicians at customer sites nationally. &nbsp;This position requires 75% travel.</span></p>\n<p><span><strong>Responsibilities</strong></span></p>\n<ul>\n <li><span>Prepare and conduct technical training programs.</span></li>\n <li><span>Assess training needs and certification requirements.</span></li>\n <li><span>Prepare training material and classroom agenda.</span></li>\n <li><span>Create instructor materials (course outlines, background material, instructional materials, and training aids).</span></li>\n <li><span>Assist in design of computer-based and multimedia curriculum.</span></li>\n <li><span>Continuously enhance technical instructional delivery and presentation skills.</span></li>\n <li><span>Ensure the quality and consistency of course content throughout a course life cycle.</span></li>\n <li><span>Plan and direct classroom training, electronic learning, multimedia programs, and other computer-aided instructional technologies, simulators, conferences, and workshops.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span><strong>Qualifications</strong></span></p>\n<ul>\n <li><span>Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics, Electronics and/or equivalent in a Technical or Engineering related field.</span></li>\n <li><span>Technical training experience preferred</span></li>\n <li><span>75% Travel Required</span></li>\n <li><span>Five years of industry experience preferred</span></li>\n <li><span>Proficient with Microsoft Office software.</span></li>\n <li><span>Familiarity with OPEX&nbsp;products is a plus.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span><strong>Salary Range:</strong></span></p>\n<ul>\n <li><span>$75,000-80,000k/yr, depending on experience and qualifications&nbsp;</span></li>\n</ul>",
