    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p style=\"margin-top:0in;margin-bottom:0in;margin-bottom:0.0001pt\"><b>Job Title:</b> Maintenance Technician</p>\n<p style=\"margin-top:0in;margin-bottom:0in;margin-bottom:0.0001pt\"><b>&nbsp;</b></p>\n<p><b>Job Summary:</b></p>\n<p>The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing maintenance and repair tasks across mechanical and building systems without a high degree of specialization in one trade.
