The Therapist will also function as the Clinical Superivsor for Practitioners and will lead weekly team meetings, screen admissions for RCS/IRTS program during the daytime hours and sign all Safe Harbor documentation. The provider is responsible for overseeing treatment services for clients and the treatment supervision of all staff. The Therapist will also function as the Clinical Superivsor for Practitioners and will lead weekly team meetings, screen admissions for RCS/IRTS program during the daytime hours and sign all Safe Harbor documentation. This role will participate in rotating on-call shifts to support the Safe Harbor admission process. \\n\\n&nbsp;\\n\\nEssential Functions include:\\n\\n\\n\\tProvide a clinically competent programming\\n\\tA review and evaluation of the interventions that the staff person delivers to each client; instruction on alternative strategies if a client is not achieving treatment goals\\n\\tDevelop programming including Illness Management and Recovery, Integrated Dual Diagnosis Treatment (IDDT), and independent living skills. Independent living skills include medication self-administration, household management, cooking and nutrition, budgeting and shopping, transportation, healthy living, employment-related skills, and social and interpersonal skill development\\n\\tAt minimum, meet with all Safe Harbor clients for individual psychotherapy sessions weekly\\n\\tEnsure documentation requirements are met and maintained, including the: Individual Abuse Prevention Plan (IAPP), Immediate Needs Assessment/ Individual Treatment Plan (INA/ITP), and substance use screening and assessment (CAGE-AID) as applicable\\n\\tAs stated in the ITP, ensure completion of a Diagnostic, Functional Assessment, or Level of Care Utilization System (LOCUS) is completed\\n\\tEnsure that the INA/ITP and IAPP are reviewed daily and during weekly team meetings\\n\\tCreate and implement a supervision plan and ensure supervision requirements will be met\\n\\tMeet once monthly with each Safe Harbor Staff for clinical training and supervision \\n\\tProvide and document supervision for Safe Harbor staff members, including responsibility for evaluating treatment services required under MN Chapter 245I \\n\\tReview and sign all clinical documentation, including treatment plans of clients at Safe Harbor within timeline parameters\\n\\tMaintain a current and readily available schedule and means to reach mental health practitioners under treatment supervision or mental health professionals who will be available within 30 minutes either by phone or in-person for emergency consults regarding individuals. This position may also be required to be available for emergency consultation\\n\\tAssure staff on all shifts exchange information necessary to carry out individual&#39;s treatment plans, respond to individual&#39;s recovery goals, and information updates and revisions to individual&#39;s treatment plans and individual abuse prevention plan\\n\\tFacilitate the clinical portion of the weekly team meeting in person. Ensure staff members complete ancillary meetings when not in attendance\\n\\tSupervise the development, modification, and implementation of recipients&#39; Individualized Treatment Plans and the MN Chapter 245I service components\\n\\tComplete comprehensive evaluations as necessary, including a review of clinical documentation received by the facility \\n\\tEnsure case reviews are completed weekly and provide clinical direction for treatment planning and interventions\\n\\tProvide supervision for person-centered treatment planning \\n\\tMaintain up to date knowledge on each individual&#39;s diagnosis, individual treatment plan, and response to treatment\\n\\tScreen and admit all individuals considering the Intensive Residential Treatment Services (IRTS) Admission Criteria as outlined by the MN Department of Human Services\\n\\tPlan for discharge and complete a discharge summary as required when an individual meets program goals, is no longer eligible for services, or the provider cannot meet needs. When appropriate, will coordinate discharge planning with the individual, individuals case manager, and individual&#39;s family as requested\\n\\tIf the provider cannot meet the needs of the individual or the individual requires services after discharge, plan for appropriate services expected to meet the individual&#39;s needs\\n\\tThe treatment supervisor is available to provide therapeutic services to assist individuals in reducing their mental health symptoms\\n\\tBe included in the on-call mental health professional weekly rotation to ensure the 24/7 availability to Safe Harbor staff. \\n\\tEnsure compliance with the DHS regulations for the IRTS/RCS\\n\\tEvaluation of and feedback regarding a direct service staff person&#39;s areas of competency; and coaching, teaching, and practicing skills with a staff person\\n\\tOversee Quality Assurance and improvement. The quality assurance and improvement plan will be reviewed annually\\n\\tOversee Orientation and Training according to the Policies and Procedures manual guidelines.\\n\\tComplete treatment supervision plans for all staff annually\\n\\tMeet with the RN to ensure each recipient&#39;s medication and medical needs are being addressed according to guidelines\\n\\tWork with the nursing staff, mental health practitioners, and certified peer specialists to develop de-escalation strategies, appropriate responses to medical emergencies, including intoxication and withdrawal, and behavioral emergency procedures\\n\\tAttend regional crisis meetings \\n\\tDevelop relationships with community stakeholders (i.e. area hospitals, county entities, etc.) \\n\\n\\n&nbsp;\\n\\nQualifications include:\\n\\n\\n\\tThis position may be filled by an independently licensed therapist (i.e. LMFT, LPCC, LGSW, LP) in the State of MN\\n\\tMaster&#39;s degree in the behavioral health field\\n\\tMinimum of two years&#39; supervised experience in the provision of mental health services\\n\\tCurrent CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to train\\n\\tThis position requires flexibility in scheduling as Safe Harbor is a 24/7 facility\\n\\tThis position involves travel; a valid Driver&rsquo;s License and ability to operate a motor vehicle is required\\n\\tMust successfully pass a MN DHS background check prior to hire\\n\\n\\n&nbsp;\\n\\nCompensation &amp; Benefits include:\\n\\n\\n\\tA wage range of $74,000 - $79,000 annually considering qualifications\\n\\tHealth, Dental, Disability and Life insurance with other additional voluntary options for spousal life,&nbsp;short term disability, accident, hospital indemnity and critical illness plans\\n\\tHealth Savings account with employer contribution\\n\\t401K with employer match\\n\\tGenerous paid time off (1st - 3rd&nbsp;year, full-time employees earn 19 days/152 hours per year.
