Valtir is dedicated to bring the next generation of innovative safety products to an ever-changing market.&nbsp;</p><p><strong>1st Shift:&nbsp;</strong>FULL-TIME <strong>&nbsp;</strong><br>&nbsp;&nbsp;<br><strong>Pay:</strong>&nbsp;$21.00</p><p><strong>$3,000 sign on bonus.</strong>&nbsp;$1,000 paid out at 30 days, $1,000 paid out at 90 days &amp; $1,000 paid out at 180 days.</p><p><br></p><p>Valtir is hiring a quality inspector to support our Lima, OH manufacturing facility by performing quality checks of highway safety products.&nbsp;<br>&nbsp;&nbsp;<br><strong><u>Job Duties Include, but not limited to:</u></strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Inspect products and maintain documentation to ensure quality standards are being met</li><li>Work with shop personnel and supervisors to improve overall effectiveness of quality systems</li><li>Work with other departments to exchange quality information</li><li>Count, check and tag products according to company&rsquo;s quality standards</li><li>Complete all quality records and follow company polies/procedures&nbsp;</li><li>Other duties as assigned</li></ul><p><strong><u>Working Environment:</u></strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Conditions can be hot, cold, dirty,&nbsp;and noisy.</li><li>The job is within a fast paced, heavy industrial environment and you may be required to work within various areas of the plant.</li><li>Safety is our highest priority and safety procedures / guidelines must be adhered to at all times.
