    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p>The College Internship Program at Yanfeng provides you with real world projects via full-time work through the summer break with hands-on, career-specific experience (from May through the beginning of August). The program connects Yanfeng interns across the US developing skills through technical training and career coaching. &nbsp;</p>\n<p>You will be assigned a buddy and a mentor, who will make sure you feel at home and will support your development. Additionally, interns are engaged in networking and educational activities throughout their internship to gain exposure to senior level management and to learn more about Yanfeng, our values, culture and career opportunities.  &nbsp;</p>\n<p>Responsibilities within the HR internship may include: &nbsp;</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Partnering with Talent Acquisition department on assigned tasks such as scheduling interviews and facilitating pre-employment&nbsp;screenings</li>\n <li>Help develop job postings and recruitment marketing materials</li>\n <li>Support execution of employer branding strategies across social media and career platforms</li>\n <li>Create and post content highlighting company culture, employee stories, and internship programs</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Qualifications: &nbsp;</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Current student enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing a bachelor’s degree with a concentration in Human Resources, Marketing, Communications or similar field &nbsp;</li>\n <li>3.00 GPA or higher &nbsp;</li>\n <li>Prior internship(s), work experience, and/or extracurricular activities preferred Highly motivated, positive attitude and goal orientated &nbsp;</li>\n <li>US Sponsorship not available for this position &nbsp;</li>\n <li>Ability to continue internship part time after the summer program</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Required Competencies: &nbsp;</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Analytical skills &nbsp;</li>\n <li>Communication skills &nbsp;</li>\n <li>Leadership ability &nbsp;</li>\n <li>Strong initiative &nbsp;</li>\n <li>Strong interest in automotive manufacturing industry&nbsp;</li>\n</ul>",
