      "content": "\n<li>Must be at least 18 years of age</li>\n<li>High School Diploma or GED</li>\n<li>Must have a valid driver’s license</li>\n<li>Have an excellent driving (DMV) record</li>\n<li>Good communication skills; must be able to speak/read/write English</li>\n<li>Must be able to sufficiently operate a smart phone</li>\n<li>Must be familiar with and comfortable using and following GPS routing</li>\n<li>Basic math skills</li>\n<li>Must be able to drive in various types of weather and traffic conditions</li>\n<li>Able to work in variable weather conditions</li>\n<li>Prior experience adhering to company policies and showing core values</li>\n<li>Pass a post offer drug screen and background check</li>\n<li>Pass a post offer MVR Lookup</li>\n"
