    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p>Job Summary</p><p><br>The Quality Inspector is responsible for ensuring that materials, components, and processes meet established&nbsp;<br>quality standards and specifications. This role involves conducting inspections, documenting findings, and&nbsp;<br>working closely with production and engineering teams to identify and resolve quality issues. The ideal&nbsp;<br>candidate will have a strong attention to detail, knowledge of inspection methods, and a commitment to&nbsp;<br>continuous improvement.&nbsp;<br>Key Responsibilities<br><br>1. Assist in the development and implementation of quality control plans, inspection procedures, and&nbsp;<br>standard operating procedures.&nbsp;<br>2. Collaborate with production, engineering, and quality teams to resolve quality-related issues.&nbsp;<br>3. Document inspection results and maintain accurate records in accordance with company policies and&nbsp;<br>procedures.&nbsp;<br>4. Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company quality policies.&nbsp;<br>5. Identify non-conforming materials or products and initiate corrective actions as needed.&nbsp;<br>6. Participate in internal and external audits, as required.&nbsp;<br>7. Perform inspections on incoming materials, in-process components, and finished products to ensure&nbsp;<br>compliance with specifications and standards.&nbsp;<br>8. Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and technical specifications.&nbsp;<br>9. Utilize a variety of inspection tools such as calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other precision&nbsp;<br>instruments.&nbsp;</p><p><br>Minimum Job Requirements<br>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;<br>1. 2+ years of experience in quality inspection or quality assurance, preferably in a manufacturing or&nbsp;<br>construction environment.&nbsp;<br>2. Ability to read and interpret technical documents and engineering drawings.&nbsp;<br>3. Basic computer skills and experience with data entry or quality documentation systems.&nbsp;<br>4. Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and communication skills.&nbsp;<br>5. Familiarity with quality management systems (QMS) and standards such as ISO 9001, ACI, ASME, or&nbsp;<br>AWS (as applicable).&nbsp;<br>6. High school diploma or GED required, associate degree or technical certification in a related field&nbsp;<br>preferred.&nbsp;<br>7. Proficiency in using inspection tools and equipment.&nbsp;<br>8. Strong understanding of measurement and test equipment calibration.&nbsp;</p><p><br>Note: Job Description is subject to change at any time and may include other duties as assigned.</p><p><br>Physical Requirements:</p><p><br>1. Ability to wear personal protective equipment is required (including but not limited to; steel toed shoes,&nbsp;<br>gloves, safety glasses, hearing protection, hardhat, vest, etc.)&nbsp;<br>2. May reach above shoulder heights and below the waist on a frequent basis&nbsp;<br>3. May stoop, kneel, or bend, on an occasional basis.&nbsp;<br>4. May use telephone, computer system, email, or other electronic devices to communicate with internal&nbsp;<br>and external customers or vendors.&nbsp;<br>5. Must be able to comply with all safety standards and procedures.&nbsp;<br>6. Occasionally will climb stairs, ladders, etc.&nbsp;<br>7. Required to use hands to grasp, lift, handle, carry or feel objects on a frequent basis.&nbsp;<br>8. Will interact with people frequently during a shift/work day.&nbsp;<br>9. Will lift, push or pull objects up to 50lbs on an occasional basis.&nbsp;<br>10. Will sit, stand or walk short distances for up to the entire duration of a shift/work day.&nbsp;<br>11.
