This is an exciting opportunity for someone in the early stages of their legal career with a strong interest in legal technology, innovation, and improving how legal work gets done.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">About the role:</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">In this role, you will support the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of legal technology tools, workflows, and systems used by our lawyers and business services teams.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">You will work closely with legal practitioners, knowledge teams, AI specialists, and technology professionals to help identify pain points, improve processes, support new tools, and assist with training and adoption.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Key responsibilities:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Support the design, testing, implementation, and improvement of legal technology tools and solutions</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Assist with improving legal processes, workflows, and document-based tasks through technology and automation</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Work with lawyers and business services teams to identify opportunities for more efficient ways of working</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Help configure and maintain legal technology platforms, templates, workflows, and internal tools</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Assist with user testing, troubleshooting, feedback gathering, and quality assurance</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Prepare user guides, training materials, and process documentation</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Support training, pilot programmes, and roll-outs of new tools and systems</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Collaborate with teams across legal, IT, knowledge, risk, and operations</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">You will bring:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">A tertiary qualification in law or a related discipline</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Previous experience in a law firm, legal team, professional services environment, or a role in legal tech/innovation or operations</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">A strong interest in legal technology, innovation, and process improvement</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Strong analytical, organisational, and communication skills</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Attention to detail and a practical, methodical approach</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">A collaborative mindset and willingness to learn</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Desirable experience includes exposure to document automation, workflow tools, AI-enabled legal tools, process mapping, testing, or user documentation.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Why Chapman Tripp?</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">This is a great opportunity to build your career at the forefront of legal innovation in a leading law firm.
