Lebanon, PA is looking for a Workers&rsquo; Compensation Associate Attorney&nbsp;join our growing team.&nbsp;</span></p><p><span style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 18px;\"><br></span></p><p><span style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 18px;\">Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:</span></p><p><span style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 18px;\"><br></span></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 18px;\">Conduct legal research and analysis on various legal issues.</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 18px;\">Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, and agreements.</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 18px;\">Represent clients in court hearings.</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 18px;\">Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex cases.</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 18px;\">Maintain billable hours as necessary.</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 18px;\">Manage client relationships and a caseload with supervision.</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 18px;\">Assist in the representation of clients in motion practice, conferences, and trial when and where necessary.</li></ul><p><span style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 18px;\"><br></span></p><p><span style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 18px;\">Position Requirements:</span></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 18px;\">Must have a JD degree from an ABA-approved law school and maintain an active license in good standing in Pennsylvania.</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 18px;\">3 years of direct PA Workers&rsquo; Compensation experience preferred; The ability to handle all aspects of the workers&#39; compensation litigation process preferred.</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 18px;\">Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, ProLaw, Excel, and e-document management software preferred.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 18px;\">Must be a self-motivated independent thinker with excellent time management skills, strong organizational skills, and outstanding communication skills with the ability to work as a team member in a high-volume fast paced work environment.</li></ul><p><span style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 18px;\"><br></span></p><p><span style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 18px;\">Cipriani &amp; Werner P.C. offers a comprehensive benefit package.
