We’re </span><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">looking for just the right person to be part of our growing education team.</span><br><br><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">The Refinery House isn’t just a Hair Salon, it's community-driven, people-first,</span><br><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">and built on the connections between us and our chairs. We have three hair salons and an </span><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">education center. We’re a B Corp company, a green circle salon and use Davines products </span><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">exclusively. Shifts are flexible. Candidate would be participate on our education team - helping facilitate our Basic Hair Program, which operates Monday-Thursday (from 5-10hrs a wk depending on preference). The education team members also participate in the development and execution of our advance training program and education team meetings (2hrs per month).
