The everyday working environment is Linux servers, containers, Kubernetes, OpenStack, GCP, OCI and AWS.</span></p><p style=\"line-height: normal; text-align: justify;\"><span><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></span></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li class=\"ortl-align-justify\"><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span>Develop and implement technical strategy for monitoring and supporting infrastructure for Fortinet Cloud services</span></p></li><li class=\"ortl-align-justify\"><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span>Standardize operational model for infrastructure and service operations to improve organization efficiency</span></p></li><li class=\"ortl-align-justify\"><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span>Collaborate with leadership to implement long term vision of datacenter, Private Cloud and architecture strategy</span></p></li><li class=\"ortl-align-justify\"><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span>Oversee a breadth of Cloud Services from conception to maintenance</span></p></li><li class=\"ortl-align-justify\"><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span>Provide technical guidance in optimizing service architecture and performance including containerization, virtualization and datacenter architecture</span></p></li><li class=\"ortl-align-justify\"><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span>Report to IT Leadership in Canada</span></p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&nbsp;</p></li></ul><p style=\"line-height: normal; text-align: justify;\">&nbsp;</p><p style=\"line-height: normal; text-align: justify;\"><span><strong>Experience and skills:</strong></span></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li class=\"ortl-align-justify\"><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span>Minimum of 5 years in leadership role</span></p></li><li class=\"ortl-align-justify\"><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span>Minimum of 5 years of experience in DevOps or cloud infrastructure roles, with at least 3 years focused on Kubernetes.</span></p></li><li class=\"ortl-align-justify\"><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span>Proficient in Kubernetes, Docker, docker-compose and container orchestration.</span></p></li><li class=\"ortl-align-justify\"><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span>Experience with cloud platforms such as Openstack, VMware, AWS, GCP, or Azure.</span></p></li><li class=\"ortl-align-justify\"><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span>Experience with different Kubernetes orchestration tools such as Openshift, Rancher k3s and rke2, EKS etc.</span></p></li><li class=\"ortl-align-justify\"><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span>Strong knowledge of configuration management and infrastructure as code (Ansible, Terraform).</span></p></li><li class=\"ortl-align-justify\"><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span>Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Argo CD).</span></p></li><li class=\"ortl-align-justify\"><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span>Proficient in scripting and programming languages (Python, Bash).&nbsp;</span></p></li><li class=\"ortl-align-justify\"><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span>Experience with monitoring and logging tools (FortiMonitor, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, Nagios, Cacti, Zabbix).</span></p></li><li class=\"ortl-align-justify\"><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span>Understanding of networking within Kubernetes (Istio, Calico, Cilium).&nbsp;</span></p></li><li class=\"ortl-align-justify\"><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span>Strong focus on security best practices in Kubernetes.</span></p></li></ul><p style=\"line-height: normal;
