If you’re looking to elevate your career and gain valuable OEM certifications, we want to hear from you.</p>\n<p><strong>Apply Today!</strong>Submit your resume or contact us directly to learn more about this opportunity.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Write and manage repair estimates using CCC ONE and Mitchell. </li>\n <li>Work directly with insurance companies, including DRP partners.</li>\n <li>Communicate effectively with customers and production staff.</li>\n <li>Ensure proper documentation and adherence to OEM repair procedures.</li>\n <li>Manage supplements and negotiate with adjusters as needed.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Previous collision estimating experience required.</li>\n <li>Mercury DRP experience strongly preferred.</li>\n <li>Proficiency in CCC ONE or similar estimating software.</li>\n <li>Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality repairs.</li>\n <li>Professional appearance and work ethic.</li>\n <li>Excellent communication, Negotiation, customer service, and problem-solving skills, including the ability to maintain composure under stress.</li>\n <li>Must be able to work well in a process driven environment.</li>\n <li>Must conduct oneself in a professional manner at all times.</li>\n <li>Helpful attitude and friendly demeanor.</li>\n <li>Safety and customer service oriented.</li>\n <li>Self-starter and self-motivator.</li>\n</ul>",
