We are seeking non-medical caregivers throughout Nebraska.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">We offer:</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold; text-decoration: underline\">Paid health insurance</span>. We cover all caregivers working 25 hours a week or more with individual indemnity health insurance. We can also offer partial payment for additional health insurance coverages, and for plans for spouses, children, and family.<br></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold; text-decoration: underline\">Competitive pay: up to $19/hour</span>. Our wages are matched to experience and qualification, and are up to $3.00 above the eastern Nebraska average and 20% higher than the national average.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold; text-decoration: underline\">Immediate hours</span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">. </span>We have current openings so you can start your first shift right away.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold; text-decoration: underline\">Flexible scheduling</span>. We schedule you with clients based on your availability, whether you are looking for five hours a week or forty.<br></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold; text-decoration: underline\">Weekly paychecks</span>, directly deposited every Friday. </li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold; text-decoration: underline\">Paid on-the-job training</span>. All initial training and shadowing is paid. No medical certification or prior experience is required: we coach you through the specifics of caring for each client individually.<br></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold; text-decoration: underline\">Room for advancement</span>. We want to give you the resources you need to develop as a caregiver and beyond. To this end, we offer advanced and specialty training through online and hands-on learning that will help propel your career with AmanaCare.<br></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold; text-decoration: underline\">Holiday pay</span>. We pay time-and-a-half for any major holidays you provide care on.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold; text-decoration: underline\">Employee referral bonus</span>. Refer a qualified candidate and, as a \"thank you,\" we'll offer you a $150 referral bonus once the employee has been with us for 6 months--and another $150 when he or she has worked with us for a year.<br></li>\n<li><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Emphasis on encouragement and communication</span></span>. Our schedulers and coordinators want to know who you are, so they can support you in your needs and celebrate you in your accomplishments.
