    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>Performs general plant custodial duties and grounds maintenance. Packs to cover lunch breaks and other relief of packers as required. This is a midnight 12.5-hour position. The midnight 12.5-hour shift is typically from 6:30pm-7:00am. </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Perform general clean up tasks as listed on the daily clean up sheets for each shift. Record completed tasks and document other issues as necessary</li>\n <li>Follow proper handling procedures for cleaning and other chemicals required for the position</li>\n <li>Operate cleaning equipment including floor scrubbers, steamers, and industrial vacuums</li>\n <li>Refill syrup dispensers and change pans</li>\n <li>Clean snow from entrances and sidewalks as necessary</li>\n <li>Follow proper procedures for cleaning of biohazard spills/accidents</li>\n <li>Perform related duties as required by supervisor</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Essential Functions</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Must be able to communicate verbally and in writing effectively.</li>\n <li>Able to legibly and accurately record information.</li>\n <li>Good understanding of and strict adherence to Good Manufacturing Policies (GMP).</li>\n <li>Must be able to safely lift up to 75 pounds, bend, stoop, climb, reach and regularly use stairs.</li>\n <li>Job involves bending, turning, twisting, use of hands and rotation of wrists.</li>\n <li>Ability to stand on feet 12 hours per day.</li>\n <li>Identify areas that need attention and either address or report as necessary.</li>\n <li>Adherence to the company attendance policy is required, including expectations of punctuality and limited unapproved absences</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Must be self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision</li>\n <li>Must be signed off to pack a minimum number of cake cone packs</li>\n <li>Must have demonstrated a good work record and attendance</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Pay Range</h2>Starting from USD $22.85/Hr.",
