POSITION SUMMARY:
The Branch/Store Manager is responsible for optimizing the profitable growth of the business, the personal growth of employees, and the satisfaction of customers while managing the performance and success of the equipment sales team, service, and parts departments.
This is a career-defining opportunity to play a vital role in the Company and make a meaningful contribution to the future success of an established and growing business.
The qualified candidate will also take an active role in the sale of equipment.
Being visible and available to staff and/or customers is a key component for this position.
