    "description": "<p>NBN is looking for a service-oriented and self-motivated Systems Administrator to join our innovative and cutting-edge IT team, supporting a staff located in multiple locations. The position is full-time and based in our Jerusalem office.</p>\n<p><br>In this role, you will work as part of our Systems team and report to our Senior Systems Administrator. You will be responsible for maintaining and monitoring the computer systems and networks for our organization. You will be tasked with solving complex technical issues and will also collaborate with team members to assist them with their technical requirements and solutions.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Responsibilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Network servers and technological tools maintenance, and management</li>\n<li>Test, evaluate, and implement new technology for the business</li>\n<li>Maintain Microsoft Windows Servers / Azur VM’s and Entra environment</li>\n<li>Management of Active Directory, 365, GPOs, Backups, SharePoint and environment</li>\n<li>Support and maintain The Jerusalem office as part of our helpdesk team.</li>\n<li>User Setup and installation: Windows, Office, Anti-Virus, VPN, ZTNA</li>\n<li>Evaluate and implement solutions for security issues</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Requirements</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proven experience as a Systems administrator or similar role</li>\n<li>Proven systems experience and skills</li>\n<li>Experience in PC, Server, Networking hardware, and 365 / Azure services<br>Up-to-date knowledge of the latest IT and software trends</li>\n<li>Experience with Networks (LAN, WAN), network printers and patch management</li>\n<li>Experience with system security</li>\n<li>Experience with data backup and recovery solutions.</li>\n<li>Knowledge of DNS and DHCP</li>\n<li>Familiarity with standard Cellular phone equipment, setup, transfer, backup and problem solving.</li>\n<li>Resourcefulness and problem-solving aptitude; ability to research and find solutions for IT-related problems.</li>\n<li>Excellent communication skills in English and Hebrew</li>\n<li>Ability to interface with and offer Helpdesk support for employees in a calm, professional and pleasant way</li>\n<li>BSc/Ba in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related discipline; professional certification (e.g. Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA)) is a plus</li>\n</ul>",
