If so, apply today!</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Position Details</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Employment Type: </strong>Temporary Full-Time Project Work / Shutdowns</p>\n<p><strong>Site</strong>: CNRL Albian </p>\n<p><strong>Rotation:</strong> 6/1 at 12hrs./day </p>\n<p><strong>Flights:</strong> Provided from Alberta hubs (Edmonton or Calgary only)</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li><p><strong>Installation and Assembly:</strong></p>\n  <ul>\n   <li>Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and isometric drawings.</li>\n   <li>Assemble and install piping systems and related equipment following specifications.</li>\n   <li>Measure, cut, thread, and bend pipes using various tools and equipment.</li>\n   <li>Install supports, valves, and other control equipment.</li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li><p><strong>Maintenance and Repair:</strong></p>\n  <ul>\n   <li>Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair piping systems.</li>\n   <li>Perform regular maintenance to ensure system integrity and performance.</li>\n   <li>Replace defective or worn components as necessary.</li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li><p><strong>Safety and Compliance:</strong></p>\n  <ul>\n   <li>Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.</li>\n   <li>Ensure work is performed in compliance with relevant building codes, standards, and regulations.</li>\n   <li>Maintain a clean and organized work area.</li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li><p><strong>Collaboration and Communication:</strong></p>\n  <ul>\n   <li>Work collaboratively with other trades, contractors, and team members.</li>\n   <li>Communicate effectively with supervisors and project managers regarding project status and any issues encountered.</li>\n   <li>Provide guidance and mentorship to apprentices and less experienced pipefitters.</li>\n  </ul></li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Requirements</h2>\n<p><strong>Position Requirements</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Journeyman Pipefitting Certification Required</li>\n <li>IRATA Level 1 required, or willingness to obtain.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Safety Certifications</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>CSTS/OSSA or OSSA BSO or OSSA CSO</li>\n <li>CSE/M (Confined Space and Monitor and Entry)</li>\n <li>ESC Fall Protection an asset</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>We appreciate your interest in a career at Tacten, however only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for further information.
