Specific responsibilities include:&nbsp;</p><ul style=\"box-sizing: border-box; margin-bottom: 10.5px; margin-top: 0px;\"><li style=\"box-sizing: border-box;\">Supervise a staff of property managers, assistant property manager(s), property accountant(s), bookkeepers, and facility maintenance personnel based on the size and needs of the assigned property/portfolio.</li><li style=\"box-sizing: border-box;\">Support and guide staff with specific coaching in order that annual property objectives are met or exceeded. Experience with other programs such as ARGUS and Yardi is preferred.
