Our Lifeguards are hardworking, dedicated and strive to deliver the superior level of service that we are known for.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">The candidate must be able to create a pleasant and welcoming environment, at all times, for our guests and constantly display feelings of positivity and calmness.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Responsibilities:</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\"><span style=\"color: rgb(18, 16, 28)\">Supervise and ensure safety of swimmers at venue</span></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\"><span style=\"color: rgb(18, 16, 28)\">Ensure guests feel safe in the pool and beach area</span></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\"><span style=\"color: rgb(18, 16, 28)\">Inspect facilities for cleanliness; complete general pool cleaning and maintenance duties at regular points throughout shift</span></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\"><span style=\"color: rgb(18, 16, 28)\">Ensure swimmers follow safe swimming practice; enforce and adhere to pool rules and regulations</span></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\"><span style=\"color: rgb(18, 16, 28)\">Follow emergency action plan and procedures when required</span></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Constantly remain guest-focused and promote exceptional guest experience.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Requirements:</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Must be aware of First Aid rules and techniques (Red Cross CPR &amp; Defibrillation with an AED certification is mandatory)</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Certified Lifeguard in Greece</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Minimum 2 years of Previous experience in a similar high-end beach club</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Strong swimming skills and and physical fitness</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Experience in monitoring and responding skills</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Candidate profile:</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Internal drive and willingness to work in a demanding, challenging and fast‐paced work environment.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Strong ability and self-motivation to overcome problems at work in a resourceful, efficient, and effective way, working independently or as part of a team.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Professional communication skills along with an innate teamwork mentality.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Benefits:</span></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">SantAnna offers a competitive salary with career development opportunities, based on the candidate's qualifications and skills.
