We are looking for instructors to join the team in our studio and we are super excited to have you considering the ride of a lifetime with us. At Rostudios, we believe movement has the power to transform lives. With two concepts under our roof - Rocycle and Roform - we’re looking to connect with instructors who are excited about the opportunity to teach both formats. At Rocycle, we get the chance to inspire people, every day, every ride. Our studios are a place where everyone is welcome, free to be themselves and explore how incredible it is to move their body. As a Rocycle instructor, you are creating that space for people. You encourage the room to challenge themselves physically and mentally, in a way that fits what they need from the room. We lead. We energize. We inspire. Rocycle Training Programme We offer each instructor a training program, our training program is designed to give you the space to begin growing into the incredible rhythm cycling instructor we see in you. The training program will run approximately 2 to 4 weeks, depending on the candidate’s prior experience and development pace. Training will take place in a group setting, while allowing for individual adjustments based on experience level. Sessions will be scheduled in structured morning and afternoon blocks on weekdays between 08:00–12:00 and/or 13:00–18:00, depending on studio availability and cohort needs. Exact training hours will be specified to you in the next steps of your application. The training program is divided into two stages: Online learning modules to learn the Rocycle craft completed at your own pace from home. Access to these will be given to you before the training begins. In studio training sessions, 2-4 times a week. This is where you will be riding, performing and workshopping to build your understanding of the Rocycle experience. The last session will be your Community Ride, which determines successful completion of the training. The training will challenge you, mentally and physically. It is a catalyst for growth, and at Ro we love growth! Not all moments will be easy, but every moment is definitely worth it. Your qualifications Successful completion of Rocycle training programme Flexible schedule, as well as availability to work outside standard business hours, including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays (as an instructor, not just during training) Teach a minimum of 6 - 8 classes per week. We schedule in two class blocks three to four days a week on a fixed schedule No vacation planned longer than 1 week during training and following 3 months from training completion From the moment of auditions, you must be a resident of the city for which you are applying for. Availability submitted at time of hire must be adhered to for at least four months Role Expectations Lead an energetic Rocycle class, guiding a room of 60+ humans, demonstrating proper technique and cadence to deliver an authentic experience for our community Cultivate and maintain strong connections with riders and team members, representing the brand positively whilst in the studio Demonstrate professionalism and courtesy at all times: are on time, work well within a team and are reliable Maintain exceptional standards of hospitality and inclusiveness in every interaction, inspiring others to uphold the same values Please note that this overview is not exhaustive, and additional responsibilities may be assigned In and out of our studios, we believe that at Rocycle you should feel free to be you.
